Collings Street Units

Collings Street is a set of high-end units with views of Newstead and the city. The design features beautiful, modern units with efficient use of space, as well as a penthouse on the top level, with a pool. The main challenge with this build was managing to meet town planning requirements for the heights of the units, and the car parks corresponding with the units. The location of the site is on a deep slope as well, which always poses a challenge for the design.
