Cotton Tree Meats Project

The Cotton Tree Meats project was for a wholesale butcher wanting a larger facility for on premises processing and wholesale business. The design caters to all of these needs with spacious processing and storage areas, as well as efficient office spaces. The main challenge posed by this project was creating a design that balanced all of the functions of the site in a coherent and intuitive way, whilst also keeping in mind elements of food safety and natural movement through the space.
